  1. Pray at all times, especially when things are going well.
  2. Read the Bible everyday.
  3. Check on those around you. See how they are doing.
  4. Do what makes you content, rather than what gives you pleasure. (Eating an ice cream alone is a pleasure, buying an ice cream for someone else gives more satisfaction)
  5. Find and do what you love.
  6. Prioritize your Mental Health.
  7. Thoughts are not facts. (You don’t have to pay attention to all your thoughts)
  8. Set healthy boundaries in your relationships.
  9. No negative self-talk. Never.
  10. Don’t tell everyone your goals, learn to keep them with you.
  11. Learn a new skill.
  12. Express your emotions. (keep a personal diary)
  13. Ask for help. (You don’t have to do everything alone)
  14. Make a child happy this year.
  15. Value and Respect yourself.
  16. Take regular breaks while working. (Rest is essential)
  17.  Complain less, be more grateful.
  18. Remember, it’s not the events or situations that determine your life, it's how you think about these situations and events.
  19. Do not Gossip.
  20. Always check with your children on how they are doing, emotionally.
  21. Get more sun this year.
  22. It’s okay if you fail to follow through with your resolutions and goals, try again.
  23. Say thank you, always.
  24. Appreciate those around you. There is always something to appreciate someone about.
  25. Apologize where you need to.
  26. Try something new once in a while.
  27. Do something that makes your parents proud.
  28. Take more pictures, make an album for each month.
  29. Read a book.
  30. It’s okay to be afraid, keep going.
  31. When anxious, try to focus only on things that you can control.
  32. Remember, God is on your side, 365 days a year.
